Insiderclo Refund Policy
At insiderclo, we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Refund Eligibility
- Timeframe:
- You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
- Condition of Items:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
- Cost of return shipping is subtracted from return order total.
- Due to the global nature of our business we don't accept returns due to a change of mind if the order has been despatched.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any refund requests.
Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@insiderclo.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at contact@insiderclo.com. We will guide you through the exchange process, which typically follows the same steps as our refund process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@insiderclo.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
